Nikolai Ivanovich Alexandrov (or Nikolai or Alexandrov, in Russian: Николай Иванович Александров) was a Russian guitarist and composer, a major general in the Russian Imperial Army, born in 1818, died in 1884.
Little is known about Nikolai Alexandrov’s life. A student of A. Sikhri, he was a prolific composer for the seven-string guitar. He retired from the Russian Imperial Army in the 1860s. Not much more is known about him.
